A lamp called Coversnitch can intercept private conversations and post them on Twitter. This lamp was created by two artists in New York, Kyle McDonald and Brian House.
Conversnitch has a Raspberry Pi mini computer, a microphone, an LED light and a plastic pot, and can be placed in a normal lamp.
Conversnitch lamp was activated a few months ago in New York and has her Twitter account, @ conversnitch, where posting everything she hears.
Currently in the account are posted excerpts of conversations related to topics such as the failure of a job interview, tensions at work or for new connections.
The device records every conversation, and network via Wi-Fi platform distributes the company's Amazon Mechanical Turk.
